International Criminal Process Clinic
Students who have completed at least 45 credit hours may apply for this academic internship at The Hague in The Netherlands while they are students in the Leiden Semester Abroad Program or during the summer session (not taking classes at Leiden). Students work under the tutelage of defenders or prosecutors involved with the United Nations' Ad Hoc International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY). Sixty hours of work are required for each credit hour received and students must apply to Assistant Dean Elizabeth Dennis for approval prior to registration for the internship. The ICTY internship application can be found at http://www.adcicty.com/internapp.htm. A separate application for admission and housing is required for the Leiden semester abroad program and can be found at www.leidenuniv.nl.
